Welcome. . .

GraceKids...I am so very proud of you! You sang so magnificently during the Christmas Concert! The song was such a special song and it warmed my heart to see so many of you singing your hearts out. I loved it! What a special time of year this is! This is one of the two biggest events for Christians, and I'm so very glad that God loves us each enough to send his for God's grace!

Parents, after we sang our song for you, we "retired" into the Monkeys classroom, where we played a fun spin on "Quiet Mouse" .... "Quiet Jesus"! We passed around Baby Jesus from our nativity scene, and only the person holding Jesus was allowed to speak. All others were to listen as we each took turns telling about their favorite part of Christmas. It brightened my day to hear so many of our GraceKids confirming that Jesus' birth, spending time with family, and helping others were among the most frequently cited favorites! Of course toys and elves made the list too, but I'm sure it makes God happy to see the smiles on His children's faces too!

I'm praying that everyone has had a blessed Christmas and that we all have a wonder 2012 together!
