First, let me give a heartfelt "Thank You" to everyone in the music department, who helped make the Christmas program such a success.

I want to give a special notice to Mandy and the GraceWorks Children's Department for stepping up and adding so much to our Christmas Presentation. I look forward to incorporating them into our musical ministry on a more regular basis.

In a time when so many things are in a state of flux, you came together to put on a very nice presentation. In the New Year, we will be going into new territory as we continue to build the foundation of the Music and Fine arts Department of Graceworks Church. We will be expanding our instrumental and band assets as well as various other vocal ensembles and soloist. We will also expand the boundaries for dance and the visual arts, as well as multi-media support. Our goal will be to do this in keeping with our new motto, "Excellence with humility". So put the decorations away, begin the postholiday diets and let's launch in 2012 with a renewed excitement and commitment.
